Location: GSK HQ (UK), with options for Upper Providence (US), Navy Yard (US), or RTP (US). Global travel required (approx. 20-30%).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute global product strategies.
Translate clinical evidence into commercial opportunities and value propositions
Lead scenario planning, risk analysis, and data-driven strategic refinement
Partner with cross-functional teams (Medical, R\&D, Market Access, Regulatory, Insights & Analytics)
Guide launch readiness and global launch plan development
Drive insights, forecasting, and competitive intelligence
Foster global-to-local co-creation with LOCs and agency partners
Represent commercial needs in governance forums

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
Extensive experience in marketing, encompassing broad experience in analytics, insights and payer environments
Experience in Respiratory, Immunology, or Rare Disease therapeutic areas preferred
Global or regional marketing experience; US market experience strongly preferred
AGILE ways of working experience a plus
