  • *Qualifications**:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar field of educational focus
  • 3-5 years experience in a digital media and communications role or related field
  • Extensive experience using, monitoring, and reporting on social platforms
  • Experience in developing and executing successful and effective strategies
  • Superior communication skills, specifically writing in different media
  • Able to work proactively to complete all tasks and responsibilities
  • *Responsibilities**:
  • Create meaningful interactions with communities, customers, and staff on all digital channels
  • Drive all plans, programs, and initiatives that support our internal communications strategy
  • Develop strategies to promote our products, services, and events across all social platforms
  • Manage online reputation reports including consumer engagement and complaint resolution
  • Provide internal support to various departments with branded communications as requested
  • Manage all marketing communication projects ensuring they are rolled out in a timely manner
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of all digital promotions and activities such as online ads
  • Identify and recommend solutions to continually improve communications and engagement
  • Develop and review Brand Guidelines including our visual identities, personas, tone, and voice
