- *Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar field of educational focus
- 3-5 years experience in a digital media and communications role or related field
- Extensive experience using, monitoring, and reporting on social platforms
- Experience in developing and executing successful and effective strategies
- Superior communication skills, specifically writing in different media
- Able to work proactively to complete all tasks and responsibilities
- *Responsibilities**:
- Create meaningful interactions with communities, customers, and staff on all digital channels
- Drive all plans, programs, and initiatives that support our internal communications strategy
- Develop strategies to promote our products, services, and events across all social platforms
- Manage online reputation reports including consumer engagement and complaint resolution
- Provide internal support to various departments with branded communications as requested
- Manage all marketing communication projects ensuring they are rolled out in a timely manner
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of all digital promotions and activities such as online ads
- Identify and recommend solutions to continually improve communications and engagement
- Develop and review Brand Guidelines including our visual identities, personas, tone, and voice
