Field Marketing Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Field Marketing Operations Manager to lead the strategy, systems, and execution of field marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage processes for campaign operations and performance reporting
Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of marketing programs
Optimize field marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and pipeline generation
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Marketing Operations (B2B preferred)
Proven experience managing complex event programs in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools (Asana preferred)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights
Experience in balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
