How your role will add to the story
We are looking for a Digital CRM Specialist. You will be charged with the ongoing planning and execution of Mercedes-Benz CRM programs, platforms and customer initiatives. You will also deliver relevant and impactful communications that drive retail engagement and purchase consideration across multiple channels.
A day in the life
- Project management of all deliverables including briefing documents, creative development, segmentations, project milestones, quality assurance, cross-functional feedback and approvals.
- Ensure communications are clearly segmented and personalized. Focus on connecting customers with key information to motivate retail engagement and steering of new CRM strategies that support business objectives.
- Regular review of best practices from industry/luxury/competitive analysis and prospect profile insights. Ongoing updates of customer database to ensure data integrity.
- Provide budgeting support - processing of estimates/invoices, reconciliations, review of agency hours, etc.
- Provide presentation support in communication of CRM plans, reporting and updates.
- Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Follow company standards of personal presentation; and adhere to all Mercedes-Benz Canada and Daimler policies including compliance, and integrity standards. Comply with local, provincial and federal laws including those governing the rules of the road, and health and safety.

- *Qualifikationen**:
Mercedes-Benz Fan skills, requirements & traits
- College or University degree with a specialization in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related discipline
- 3+ years Marketing and CRM focused, progressive work experience within Tier I brand.
- Agency management experience required
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Understanding of the creative development process, testing and deployment
- Understanding and experience with acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
- Understanding of customer segmentation and messaging needs
- Channel integration
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (nice-to-have)
- Well-versed in CASL, Privacy Act and Data security measures
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and relationship-building skills
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Adaptable and able to thrive within a fast moving environment
