Digital Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Digital Operations Manager to support delivery across its product and engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an operational partner on initiatives, driving process, coordination, and communication

Support Agile ceremonies and maintain alignment between initiatives, roadmaps, and OKRs

Act as a reliable point of coordination across teams and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in project management, delivery coordination, or product / engineering operations

Familiarity with Agile practices and software delivery environments

Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Monday.com

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

5 years of relevant experience
