Digital Learning Specialist

A company is looking for a Digital Customer Education Content Specialist to deliver technical and product training through various digital formats.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain digital training modules and materials for customers and employees

Conduct and deliver technical and product training via e-learning platforms

Build relationships with internal stakeholders and provide analytics on e-learning platform performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, Pendo)

Knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum design

Experience with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate)

Veterinary or medical experience is preferred
