Contract (6–12 months) | Remote | Performance-Based Upside

We are commercializing a calm, compliance-safe digital product for adults 50+ in the memory fitness space.

The product is built. The brand architecture is locked. The opportunity is real.

What we need now is one person who owns revenue and sets up the system to get it via affiliate marketers.

This is not a marketing role.

This is not an agency engagement.

This is a revenue leadership position.

The Mission

Your mission is simple and measurable

Drive $500K+ in net profit within 12 months by operationalizing affiliate marketers—without hype, fear-based claims, or compliance risk.

Our flagship system is called the Memory Confidence System™ for People 50+, with a primary acquisition product focused on name recall confidence.

What You Will Own

You will be accountable for revenue outcomes, not tasks.

Specifically, you will

Build and manage an affiliate-first growth engine

Recruit, activate, and manage JV partners and long-tail affiliates

Design and optimize funnels (lead magnet → email → offer)

Coordinate vendors (media buyers, copywriters, tech)

Set weekly revenue priorities and kill low-ROI efforts fast

Track and report key metrics (conversion, EPC, refunds, CPL, affiliate contribution)

Protect platform compliance (Facebook, email, affiliate claims)

Who This Role Is For

You are a strong fit if

You have direct experience scaling info products or digital programs

You’ve worked with affiliate programs, JV launches, or performance partners

You think in math, funnels, and systems

You can explain revenue strategies clearly and calmly

You understand compliance-safe language, especially for health-adjacent or 40+/50+ audiences

You’ve helped take an offer from early traction to $250K+ revenue

Bonus (not required but valuable)

Experience with ClickBank, Digistore, Gumroad, or similar

Experience monetizing email lists

Experience with wellness, education, or lifestyle audiences

Experience managing distributed vendors
