Public Relations Support for Expert Positioning (Podcasts, Talks, Media) HK Based

I’m looking for an experienced PR / media outreach specialist to help position me as a credible voice and secure appearances across selected platforms.

Context

I’m a PhD researcher, and content creator, and I have some credibilities, but I moved recently to Hong Kong, and I am starting from scratch.

I’m not looking for generic promotion. The goal is thought-leadership visibility in the right contexts.

What I want to achieve

Appear as a guest on relevant listened podcasts (online globally, offline primarily in Hong Kong) - I don't want to appear on low ranked, I can do this on podmatch or similar websites, but I am looking for exposure.
Be interviewed or featured by magazines, media outlets, or platforms aligned with design, cities, culture, or technology
Be invited to talks, panels, seminars, or university-related events in Hong Kong

Your role

Identify relevant podcasts, publications, and platforms
Craft and execute outreach pitches (email / DM / media submissions)
Manage follow-ups and coordination
Advise on positioning angles depending on platform type

PR, media relations, or communications experience

Familiarity with podcasts, editorial pitching, or speaker booking
