Amazon Logistics & Seller Central Specialist (PPC + A+ Content + Inventory Management) - Contract to Hire

We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Logistics / Seller Central Specialist to manage day-to-day Amazon operations across inventory logistics (FBA/FBM), Seller Central catalog/listings, new product setup, Amazon Ads (PPC), and Amazon A+ Content.
This role is ideal for someone who can independently run Amazon operations end-to-end, keep inventory healthy, troubleshoot issues fast, and improve ad performance while ensuring listings and A+ content stay optimized and compliant.
Minimum experience required: 5–7+ years hands-on managing Amazon Seller Central (not theoretical/agency-only oversight).
Key Responsibilities
Seller Central Operations
Manage daily Seller Central tasks: account health, performance notifications, cases, and troubleshooting
Maintain catalog accuracy: parent/child variations, attributes, suppressed listings, compliance issues
Create and update listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords, images, variations)
Upload and manage products via flat files when needed (preferred)
Inventory & Logistics (Amazon-Focused)
Monitor and manage FBA/FBM inventory levels to prevent stockouts/overstock
Create and manage FBA shipments: carton contents, labels, carrier coordination, delivery tracking
Handle inbound shipment issues, reconciliations, stranded inventory, removals, reimbursements
Forecast replenishment needs and coordinate restock planning (including restock limits/IPI considerations)
Communicate with suppliers/3PLs as needed (if applicable)
Amazon Advertising (PPC)
Manage and optimize Amazon Ads: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display (as applicable)
Build/structure campaigns, conduct keyword research, optimize bids, placements, negatives
Analyze reports (Search Term, Placement, Advertised Product, etc.) and improve performance
Track and report on key metrics: ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR
A+ Content
Create/update Amazon A+ Content (modules, layout, copy direction, image requirements)
Ensure A+ content aligns with brand guidelines and improves conversion
Coordinate creative assets (you don’t need to be a designer, but you should know specs and best practices)
Requirements (Must-Have)
5–7+ years hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central
Strong experience with inventory logistics in Amazon (FBA shipments, inbound issues, stranded inventory, restock planning)
Proven experience managing Amazon Ads (PPC) with measurable results
Proven experience creating/managing Amazon A+ Content
Experience adding new products and setting up listings properly (variations, attributes, compliance)
Strong written communication and documentation habits (clear updates, organized processes)
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with Brand Registry, brand store, and/or product launches
Experience using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Sellerboard, DataDive (or similar)
SOP creation and process improvement experience
Have or ability to help get an Amazon Agency rep
