Affiliate Program Setup for Online Course

We are seeking an experienced freelancer to create an affiliate program for our online course priced at $269. Affiliates will earn $70 per sale. For speed of implimentation we would like you to use an open source solution or prebuild as opposed to starting from scratch. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in program creation, knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies, and the ability to set up tracking systems for sales.
