Incentives Administrator Role

• Manage iPlus intercompany payment engine for building monthly incentive programs
• Support input of monthly incentives into iPlus and ensure proper approval and sign-off

Responsibilities include developing automated workflows using Alteryx or similar data workflow tools, improving incentive dashboards, training associates, managing security access for Incentive Analytics dashboards, performing ad hoc analysis to determine effectiveness of incentives offered,
