Ecommerce Manager Position

*OVERVIEW**

The Spanish Store is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager who cares about the customer’s experience, is knowledgeable in the food and drink space, and is passionate about great food. In this role, you will have the opportunity to have a big impact and help drive our new initiatives.

We’re seeking an eager individual that can help optimize our marketplace and provide an overall stellar customer experience while also handling our internal operations. This is a dynamic position where you will have opportunities to contribute to every department. This role requires someone who is not only comfortable making creative decisions and handling customer service but can also work closely with our warehouse and management to make sure our overall system is flowing.

*WHAT YOU’LL DO**
Manage the day-to-day operations of our online store
Respond and maintain any incoming customer requests regarding shipping concerns, product questions or recommendations
Ensure the website is kept up to date with inventory levels or any pricing changes
Notify the warehouse when inventory runs low
Work closely with marketing to oversee product promotions or discounts and ensure Shopify is reflecting those amounts
Develop bi-weekly reports on trends or any feedback from customers or specific product requests
*WHO YOU ARE**
2+ years of e-commerce experience
Experience in Shopify required
Experience in the food and drink industry an asset
Strong ability to problem solve and work independently
Experience managing projects from start to finish
