Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of our inventory fulfillment process and management ensuring that our inventory is accurately prepared, packed, and logged. You will manage inventory within our Shopify system, update inventory records, and assist with maintaining an organized stock. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and familiar with ecommerce platforms.

Duties

Prepare, hole punch and package planner inserts for shipping
Track, manage, and update inventory in Shopify to ensure accurate stock levels
Monitor inventory levels and communicate reordering needs to the team
Maintain organization within the inventory system for easy access and accuracy
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements for efficient fulfillment
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all shipments are properly documented and handled.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Previous experience in Shopify preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
