First 2 months - 2 days/week in Midlands office

After this - 2 days/week in Midlands office every other week

1 day/week in London

Our client is a $4bn global leader in water solutions, covering water coolers, vending machines, softeners, hot/cold taps, and filtration systems for both office and home. We are seeking a strategic Senior Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our B2B digital marketing efforts in the UK, with the goal of making impactful changes that enhance water quality and protect our planet. This role ensures teams remain hydrated and productive as well as increases public access to cleaner, safer water through innovative solutions that also reduce single-use plastic waste.

The Role Overview

As the Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Lead, you will craft and implement innovative digital marketing strategies aimed at accelerating growth across diverse channels, including workplaces, educational institutions, and leisure facilities. You will orchestrate activities involving performance media, websites, conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns, all while implementing a compelling full-funnel content strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM or lifecycle marketing professional looking to make a considerable impact in a fast-evolving, innovative enterprise. What You'll Do from Day 1

  • Develop and implement groundbreaking digital marketing strategies tailored to business goals.
  • Execute a full-funnel content strategy while identifying digital trends for ongoing growth.
  • Advocate for strategies grounded in the customer journey and user experience.
  • Enhance digital touchpoints to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee and improve digital key performance indicators (KPIs) and websites, analyze performance, and manage CRO.
  • Collaborate with agencies, platforms, and digital vendors to ensure quality execution.
  • Lead advanced measurement initiatives to guide media investments, including multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modeling (MMM).
  • Build and lead a team of high-performing digital specialists.
  • Ensure data privacy compliance and uphold ethical digital marketing practices.
  • Protect the brand's online reputation and ensure regulatory compliance across all digital activities.
  • Work with IT and Data teams to integrate appropriate platforms while ensuring security measures are in place.

What We Are Looking For

  • A digital growth champion and strategic thinker with profound technical skills and an unwavering focus on performance.
  • Extensive digital marketing experience with a focus on lead generation and performance metrics.
  • A robust track record of executing full-funnel digital strategies with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in applied statistics and advanced measurement techniques, such as multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, and incrementality testing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep knowledge of website optimization, analytics, paid media, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, capable of translating data into actionable strategies.
  • A background in dynamic, performance-oriented environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AI deployment, including workflow automation and media optimization.
  • A strategic, commercially minded individual who is performance-driven, resourceful, and technology-savvy.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics and causal measurement.
