Position: Director, Marketing (HSI/MINT) As a key member of our marketing and customer-driven organization, this role involves developing and executing strategies for T-Mobile For Business, integrating insights and products to meet customer needs. The individual will coordinate product, promotions, pricing, and distribution efforts to drive revenue and meet targets, aligning cross-functional teams to achieve HSI & MINT goals.

Responsibilities: P&L ownership : Manage the HSI/MINT segment, driving business targets through financial analysis and strategic initiatives to enhance growth and profitability, including market share across all segments.

Distribution Strategy : Design and oversee distribution strategies for efficient product delivery.

Performance Evaluation : Continually assess segment and channel performance, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions.

Pricing and Rate Plans : Develop and implement rate plans and pricing strategies to stimulate growth.

Marketing Campaigns : Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions based on market analysis and customer insights, in partnership with sales and marketing teams.

Additional Duties : Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing (Required)

Master's Degree or MBA in Marketing or Management (Preferred)

Experience: Over 10 years of relevant experience

Proven ability to build high-performing teams

Experience in developing growth strategies

Strong problem-solving and innovation skills

Ability to understand and prioritize trade-offs

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Leadership: Ability to communicate effectively at an executive level, influence at an enterprise level, and lead complex initiatives with senior visibility.

Extensive B2B Experience: Experience driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and leading teams in the B2B sector.

Accountability for business targets

Additional Requirements: At least 18 years old

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Travel: Not required
