Are you obsessed with TikTok trends, creator culture, and performance-driven marketing? Synergy CHC — the powerhouse behind beloved health & beauty brands like Focus Factor, Flat Tummy Co., and Sneaky Vaunt — is looking for a TikTok Affiliate Marketer to take our influencer + affiliate strategy to the next level.

Based in Fall River, Nova Scotia, the position has the opportunity for growth and to play a big part in our future expansion.

What You’ll Do

Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing TikTok creators to join affiliate programs across our portfolio of brands.

Monitor performance and optimize our affiliate programs for reach, engagement, and revenue.

Collaborate on creative briefs and help shape TikTok content strategies that convert.

Work with our marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from scroll to sale.

Stay plugged into TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and emerging creator tools.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or social media campaign management — bonus if you’ve created/ran affiliate programs on TikTok specifically.

A strong understanding of TikTok’s creator ecosystem and monetization tools (Creator Marketplace, TikTok Shop, etc.).

Ability to spot talent, write compelling outreach, and build lasting creator relationships.

Data-driven mindset with a creative edge. You know what performs, and how to scale it.

Self-starter with a bias for action. You move fast, test constantly, and love growth.
