We are a top-tier talent, and a high-energy atmosphere. We are seeking a Marketing Director to strategically grow our brand, drive event attendance, and execute compelling campaigns across digital and physical platforms.

Position Overview

The Marketing Director is responsible for the creation, execution, and optimization of all marketing initiatives for the venue. This includes managing campaigns, coordinating promotions, and ensuring that each event receives strong and consistent marketing support. This is a hands-on role that requires being on-site for all events to manage live coverage, content capture, and real-time promotional needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar aligned with business goals and event schedules.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, email/SMS campaigns, SEO, and YouTube content strategy.
  • Manage and optimize event listings and ticketing through Eventbrite and other platforms.
  • Coordinate with the bookings and events team to effectively promote DJ nights, themed parties, and special appearances.
  • Oversee social media content creation, paid ad campaigns, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, promoters, and marketing partners.
  • Monitor marketing metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and report campaign effectiveness to leadership.
  • Ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

QualificationsExperience & Background

  • Minimum , with at least 2 years in nightlife, hospitality, or live events.
  • Proven success in growing attendance, boosting brand awareness, and driving ticket/table sales.
  • Experience managing and promoting content on YouTube.
  • Proficient in using Eventbrite for event setup, promotion, and performance tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of NYC nightlife culture, particularly in Queens and Brooklyn.

  • Paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

  • Proficient in campaign analytics and performance reporting.

Preferred Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Certifications in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are a plus.

Local Insight

  • Deep understanding of Astoria's demographics, culture, and nightlife trends.
  • Existing network in the Queens/Brooklyn entertainment or nightlife scene is a strong asset.
