As a Digital account manager at Sprint Digital, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your role will involve understanding their business needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and ensuring the long-term success of client partnerships.

  • *Responsibilities**:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients.
  • Handle any client escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • *Qualifications**:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or experience in a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in client relationship management or account management, preferably in digital marketing or technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in American English with an accent.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: $16.90-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
