eCommerce Manager

Shaw’s and Star Market, part of Albertsons Companies, is seeking an eCommerce Manager to lead and innovate in their operations. The role involves overseeing eCommerce operations, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards while driving growth in eCommerce services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of eCommerce operations in-store, including order picking, packing, staging, and handoff
• Lead and coach a team of 10-30 associates to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality orders
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized department
• Monitor performance metrics, manage slot capacity, and optimize scheduling to meet sales and labor targets
• Manage eCommerce systems and coordinate with store leadership for cross-training and resource allocation
• Drive awareness and growth of eCommerce services

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including peak business times
