Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts focused on lead generation and brand awareness. This role oversees a small but growing team within the Marketing department and is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. You will play a vital role in helping franchise owners grow their business through performance-driven marketing campaigns.
