Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Marketing & Sales role based in Naperville, IL. The role involves executing market planning and field marketing strategies, driving lead generation, and contributing to sales initiatives. The individual will engage with prospective clients, develop marketing campaigns, collaborate with the sales team, and nurture customer relationships to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Planning and Field Marketing to develop and execute strategic campaigns.
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales to identify opportunities and convert them into business growth.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and delivering target-oriented results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
