Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

The role involves leading marketing operations to accelerate growth, aligning teams through data-driven insights, and designing scalable systems for clarity and efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Technology & Infrastructure: Manage martech stack integrations, ensure clean data flow, and evaluate new technologies for improvement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline health, campaign ROI, and marketing contribution to revenue.
  • Process & Operations: Oversee campaign operations, lead lifecycle processes, and champion marketing and sales alignment.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Advise on marketing planning and budget allocation, driven by data insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Strong expertise in data visualization and BI tools.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize processes across marketing and sales functions.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
