About the role: As Rippling scales to $1B ARR and beyond, the cross-sell marketing team is tasked with driving pipeline growth by deepening customer relationships, educating them about our products, and addressing new business challenges. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end execute marketing campaigns across channels (emails, ads, webinars, direct mail), including copywriting, audience-building, sales enablement, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales, growth, marketing operations, analytics, and brand marketing.
• Partner with the Account Management team by developing target account lists, refining campaign copy, and evaluating performance.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance across key KPIs, and then strategize next steps.
• Execute webinars by developing content, sourcing speakers, crafting promotional materials, and managing event operations.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, partnership marketing, digital marketing, business operations, ABM, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, punchy copy.
• Stellar project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• A hunger to learn marketing and a willingness to tackle all tasks, regardless of size.
• Experience in data analysis using SQL, Excel/Google Sheets—or a strong willingness to quickly learn these skills.
• Agility and speed, thriving in fast-paced environments where rapid experimentation is key.
