E-commerce and retail sales specialist

This role blends e-commerce, digital lead management, marketing support, and in-store sales and service support. If you like learning, variety, and being part of a growing business this position is for you.

What You’ll Do

E-commerce & Digital

Manage and update websites and online product listings
Monitor, respond to, and convert web leads
Support digital marketing initiatives (email, promotions, online campaigns)
Track online performance and help improve conversions

Retail Sales & Customer Service

Assist customers in-store with hot tubs, parts, and accessories
Perform water testing and explain results
Support hot tub sales from inquiry to close
Handle service requests and customer follow-ups

Operations & Team Support

Help improve internal systems and workflows
Troubleshoot basic tech issues (POS, CRM, website content)
Support the team wherever needed — this is a hands-on role

Who We’re Looking For

Comfortable with websites, online systems, and digital tools
Confident, professional communicator with customers
Organized and adaptable — you can switch gears easily
Curious and willing to learn (experience is great, attitude matters more)
Not afraid to help with whatever our customers need

Experience That Helps

E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
Digital marketing or CRM tools
Retail or consultative sales
Customer service or tech-support experience
