eCommerce Specialist

Job Summary

We’re looking for an Operations & eCommerce Specialist with strong Shopify knowledge, technical problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset. This role is responsible for maintaining excellent website functionality, supporting Shopify content updates, managing analytics integrity, and partnering with developers and vendors on technical projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying improvements and industry best practices.

This role would be hybrid with two days in the office (T,W)

Key Responsibiliti

esEcommerce & Technic

  • alRun daily, weekly, and ongoing QA tests to ensure the website functions correctly across all devices and user flow
  • s.Support Shopify content updates in partnership with the eCommerce Coordinato
  • r.Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate resolutions with developer
  • s.Manage technical collaborations with developers, including scoping, timelines, and testin
  • g.Audit and maintain Shopify apps; recommend optimizations or consolidation
  • s.Lead CRO initiatives, including A/B test setup, monitoring, and documentatio
  • n.Contribute to SEO maintenance and ongoing improvement
  • s.Ensure compliance with privacy requirements related to website tools, cookies, and trackin
  • g.Track industry best practices and emerging opportunities (e.g., AI shopping tools, new apps, functionality updates) and recommend relevant enhancement
