As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of a beloved brand and supporting franchisees in creating experiences for their communities.Position Overview: Pickleball Kingdom is seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to help lead and execute regional and local marketing initiatives across franchise locations. As the fourth member of the marketing team, you’ll work closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing to drive awareness, traffic, and memberships through multi-channel marketing strategies.This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that includes responsibilities in CRM/email automation, digital advertising, social media, campaign development, and franchisee training/support.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CRM & Email MarketingBuild and manage email automations, customer journeys, and segmented campaigns.Assist in the creation of email content and promotions that align with national and local initiatives.Digital Advertising SupportAssist with the development and execution of Meta and Google Ads campaigns via Eulerity, our digital marketing platform. This includes writing ad copy, as well as collaborating with our in-house marketing team on ad artwork.Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.Help onboard new locations into the Eulerity system and train franchisees on usage and best practices.Local & Regional Marketing StrategySupport franchisees in creating effective local campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, OTT/CTV, influencer/ambassador outreach, and more.Develop and maintain promotional calendars and provide ready-to-execute campaigns that can be localized by clubs.Monitor trends and performance across locations to inform future campaign development.Franchisee Support & TrainingAct as a marketing liaison and resource for franchisees, general managers, and club marketing staff.Train and present marketing strategies to owners and operators in a professional, confident, and level-headed manner.Collect feedback and refine marketing tools and processes accordingly.Brand MarketingEnsure brand consistency across all marketing channels and locations.Assist in campaign ideation and execution to support brand initiatives and national promotions.Digital and Web SupportAssist with basic front-end website updates to ensure accurate and engaging content.Apply UX/UI best practices to enhance the digital experience and work effectively with web development teams.Project Management and Team CollaborationPartner with the Sr. Director of Marketing and other team members to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.Balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.Stay informed about industry trends and creative best practices to continuously improve.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in a marketing, creative, or brand management role.Multi-unit, franchise, or fitness/sports environment experience is a plus.Experience with CRM/email platforms – creating emails, automations, workflows, and customer segments.Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads).Ability to present to groups and train others effectively.Experience supporting cross-functional teams or franchisees a plus.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.Basic knowledge of SEO, website management, and UX/UI principles.Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.Passion for sports, recreation, or community-driven initiatives is a plus.Benefits:Health InsuranceVision InsuranceDental InsurancePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysEligible for Employee Equity Grant ProgramSalary: Competitive Pay (Based on Experience)
