Role Description

This is a contract, fully remote position for a Strategic Growth Specialist. The role involves utilizing innovative strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities for OWSG. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and driving business development initiatives. The Specialist will engage with clients to understand their needs, communicate tailored solutions, and contribute to the development of long-term relationships. Duties also include coordinating projects to achieve growth objectives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize success.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate and interpret financial data for growth potential
• Excellent Communication skills with an ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in Growth Hacking and a proven track record in driving business development
• Experience in Sales and crafting customer-centric strategies
• Effective Project Management skills to coordinate tasks and achieve growth objectives
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based role
• Knowledge of financial planning, tax optimization, and estate planning strategies is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly beneficial
