Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring a new team member to support a leading global social media and technology company in a hybrid role based in New York, NY.

This is a high-impact opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative team focused on delivering cutting-edge digital advertising solutions. As part of the Sales and Account Management group, you’ll lead strategy and performance optimization for complex digital campaigns, working cross-functionally across advertising ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Dive deep into campaign performance data to guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify trends, optimize results, and provide strategic upsell opportunities.
  • Lead complex work streams and cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Creative Strategy, Marketing Science, and other internal teams.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Account Managers, and Client Partners to build insight-driven, innovative digital campaigns that deliver measurable ROI for advertisers.
  • Support the RFP and pitch process by developing data-backed recommendations and campaign proposals.
  • Collaborate on the creation of collateral for product updates, advertiser education, and best-practice consultation.
  • Develop case studies showcasing performance learnings and test-and-learn insights across categories.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, performance marketing, programmatic, ad-tech, or related fields.
  • 3+ years full-funnel campaign activation and measurement experience, including pixel implementation familiarity.
  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Comfortable gathering and working with data from an Ad Manager platform (Snap, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Twitter(X) Ads, Trade Desk, MediaMath, Amazon DSP, Google Display & Video 360, Adobe Advertising Cloud)
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint, and data analysis, with the ability to synthesize and present actionable insights.
  • Experience with large data sets
  • Strong understanding of Paid Ads and full-funnel campaigns (including pixel campaigns)
  • Deep understanding of advertising performance metrics and media management in biddable auction environments.
  • Proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
