Job Overview
Reporting to the Amazon Channel Manager, the Amazon eCommerce Operations Assistant is responsible for the monitoring and growth of existing products within our Amazon marketplaces and communicating with Seller Support to resolve listing issues.
As an Amazon eCommerce Operations Assistant, you will be essential in helping analyze emerging marketplace tactics, strategies, and best practices for positioning products through ongoing learning, testing, and optimizing:
- Ranking techniques
- Product titles
- Bullet points
- Descriptions
- Keywords
- Promotions & Deals
- Graphics
- Design layouts
- Advertising campaigns

- Cross-sales
- Review Management
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven marketer with a hunger for success. You must possess a strong command of the English language and be an exceptional communicator.
You'll be working alongside a dynamic team of talented and collaborative marketers who thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy. The team leverages industry knowledge and insights in order to apply the most impactful B2C marketing strategies and tactics that support the company's mission and business objectives.

- Monitor sales, keyword rankings, review ratings, and product positioning across our Amazon product line.
- Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve listing issues.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis leading to product improvements.
- Continuously run promotions to increase sales and rankings.
- Drive testing strategy in every step of the funnel, finding opportunities for growth, including in new channels, partners, audiences, creative, and messaging.
- Frequently monitor, analyze, and lead forecasts to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Liaise with the social media and brand manager to coordinate efforts.

Compensation
- Salary: $50,000 annually
- Term: Full time
- Location: North York - Hybrid Model (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
