Job Overview

As an SEO Specialist, you will own a book of business (a roster of client accounts) and own the SEO strategy from concept to completion for your accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits for client websites to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform keyword research and analysis to inform website structure, content plans and ongoing optimization.
  • Write, design, publish, index and optimize website content for maximum visibility and ranking.
  • Execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze site health, ensuring sites are in the top 10% for health scores.
  • Build custom reports with GA4 and Looker Studio to provide the most relevant information for clients.
  • Provide monthly performance summaries, joining or running client calls as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, and core SEO principles.
  • Experience with SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and WordPress
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

salary

Bottom of salary range $56,600

Top of salary range $69,300
