We are a leading distributor of industrial lubricants, supplies and equipment, serving customers across Western Canada. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking E Commerce Support person to join our team at Northern Metalic Sales in Grande Prairie, AB.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Data Entry / E-Commerce Support will be primary responsibilities are, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintaining and updating content in the ERP and on the eCommerce website.
• Thorough knowledge of the backend of the ERP.
• Participates in gathering product information, pricing and offerings from vendors.
• Assist with marketing ventures.
• Manage overall health of the eCommerce website, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Work closely with platform provider to resolve any issues caused by external factors.
• Work closely on eCommerce advancements with internal and supplier development teams.
• Attend meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and take direction in English
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Familiarity with content management systems/databases or similar

Must be proactive with strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
