Content Marketing Manager – myGwork – LGBTQ+ Business Community (Quadient, Locker division).

Responsibilities
Write and edit blogs, social posts, infographics, and other formats. Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors when needed.
Apply SEO best practices and adapt content for social media to maximize reach and engagement.
Use CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) to publish content across web, email, and social platforms.
Track metrics like traffic and engagement to improve content effectiveness.
Ensure consistency in tone and style across all content.
Use AI solutions for content ideation and editing while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in content creation or content marketing.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with SEO and CMS platforms.
Comfortable using analytics tools to measure performance.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Interest in leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
