This position will lead business insights for the commercial organization as it relates to the Overactive Bladder therapeutic area.

• The Associate Director will be responsible for developing integrated insights from data/information to shape commercial strategy and decisions.
• They will partner with key stakeholders to create and execute annual market research and analytics plans that align to brand strategy and performance measurement needs.
