If you can answer these questions you may be the perfect fit. **What You’ll Be Doing** - Ensure customer service issues are resolved by liaising with other departments and stores - Generate and update website content (Content & promotions) - Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments - Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses - Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skill - Respond to pricing, billing, order status, late deliveries and proof of delivery issues - Ensure pricing, operating principles and procedures are followed - Controlling the flow of E-Commerce orders through our website and software - Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements - Ability to multitask/ organizational skills - Content management, (Amazon A+ content management) - Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements - Maintain and update the online marketing plan by coordinating with marketing team - Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them - Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising **You Will Have** - e-commerce & customer support experience in a retail environment - CMS skills and experience e.g. Woo commerce and Salesforce - Digital content creation & management - Familiar with data management - Previous experience of website or e-commerce CMS - Extremely driven individual with proven success in motivating and building strong teams - Ability to build rapport with clients and work in a team environment - Outgoing and fun personality - Highly motivated - Basic understanding of Google products such as Google Shop & Analytics would be desirable - Fluent verbal and written English and French (preferred) with spelling and typing accuracy **What’s In It For You** - Competitive Pay - Casual Dress - Store Discount - Flexible Schedule - Extended Health Benefits - Being surround by people and products you **_love_** - Only those selected for an interview will be contacted._
