Medtronic Diabetes Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Diabetes Transformation Project Management Office (PMO). This critical role will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of key initiatives within our broader diabetes transformation program, aimed at improving patient outcomes, enhancing care delivery, and optimizing operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in healthcare administration or a related field. They should be proficient in SCRUM and Agile methodologies, with a track record of successful project delivery. Additionally, they should have expertise in analytics tools, processes, and frameworks, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Project, and PowerPoint.

The selected candidate will work onsite in Northridge, CA (hybrid, 3 days a week) and will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving successful program completion. They will also contribute to the development of best practices for program management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
