Digital Marketing Analyst

The Digital Marketing Analyst plays a key role in supporting Marketing Advisors and cross-departmental teams through accurate execution of digital tasks, proactive performance analysis, and implementation of SEO and optimization strategies that strengthen client outcomes. This role is ideal for a detail-driven, analytical marketer who enjoys research, problem-solving, and improving program performance through data-backed insights.
This is an on-site position at our Tampa office near USF.
Primary Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing Analyst is to ensure that campaign deliverables are executed with precision and are consistently meeting or exceeding campaign objectives. This includes maintaining strict adherence to channel best practices, implementing optimization and SEO tasks accurately, and proactively monitoring performance across dealer programs. The Analyst plays a crucial role in validating that every campaign element—from research requests to on-page SEO enhancements—is aligned with strategic goals and contributes to measurable improvements in client outcomes.
Program Analysis & Insight Development
- Monitor digital marketing campaigns spanning diverse ad channels (social media, programmatic, SEM, SEO, content marketing, etc.) and communicate clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics for client programs, maintaining accountability of client objectives.
- Perform deep-dive account reviews for low-performing or high-priority clients, identifying root-cause issues and potential solutions.
- Use analytics tools and performance data to deliver meaningful insights, optimization opportunities, and measurable improvements in client programs.
- Identify recurring performance patterns, wins/fails, and long-term opportunities that support product evolution and internal testing.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Marketing Advisors and execution team members (content, design, paid media, SEO, local) to ensure aligned execution and continuous improvement of client programs.
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to internal teams, supporting cross-functional collaboration and onboarding of new clients.
- Document and escalate recurring issues or program blockers to support team awareness and product advancement initiatives.
Optimization, SEO Execution & Task Management
- Complete optimization and research requests from Marketing Advisors and internal teams accurately and on schedule.
- Implement lead generation strategies and tasks in accordance with SEO, SEM and social best practices, including keyword implementation, internal linking, site architecture, and other on-page optimizations.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of client programs to uncover performance trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Execute and monitor recurring SEO tasks and maintain adherence to internal quality standards and process guidelines.
Product & Process Improvement
- Contribute insights that guide improvements to the product program, including product enhancements, testing recommendations, and operational refinements.
- Track recurring issues or opportunities and collaborate with leadership to strengthen workflows, performance outcomes, and long-term program success.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, accompanied by a proven history of orchestrating and executing regional and local marketing strategies.
- Confident experience working directly within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
- Solid comprehension of diverse digital marketing channels, including web design, content marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical prowess, coupled with a data-centric approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated history of budget management and the delivery of outcomes within budget constraints.
- Extreme attention to detail is necessary to be successful in this position.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capability to articulate intricate concepts effectively to internal and external stakeholders with confidence.
- A passion for marketing, coupled with a creative mindset and a readiness to remain informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Supervision/Contacts
Directly reports to the Digital Strategy Manager.
Work Environment
Usual working environment in a standard interior office, necessitating typical safety precautions related to administrative work.
Physical Demands
Job involves sitting most of the time; walking, lifting, bending, and standing may be minimally required to complete tasks.
Work Location
This position is based full-time at our office in Hidden River Parkway (Fletcher & I-75).
