Performance Marketing Manager (remote) (Must live in Arizona or Texas)

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Compensation: Base salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute MassMedia's internal performance marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency and growth across all channels.
  • Manage and optimize website performance, email marketing, paid media, CRM campaigns, and digital funnels to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Execute performance-driven marketing initiatives for select client accounts in collaboration with paid media, creative, PR, and strategy teams.
  • Plan and support agency events, sponsorships, and community activations with clear goals, tracking, and ROI.
  • Develop high-impact presentations, case studies, and thought-leadership assets that clearly communicate MassMedia's value and results.
  • Partner with leadership on brand campaigns, award submissions, PR initiatives, and market positioning.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows across internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Fully Remote – Travel 1x per month to corporate office in Las Vegas, Nevada.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4‑6 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or professional services setting.
  • Strong organizational and project‑management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable holding people accountable and driving the teams to performance.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation platforms and project‑management tools.
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand and visual storytelling.
  • Self‑starter with a collaborative spirit and growth mindset.
