Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Marketing Assistant with a passion for strategic thinking, content planning, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop skills in digital marketing, campaign execution, and structured, analytical reporting.
You will support our Creative Manager with day-to-day operations and occasional content shoots, contribute to long-term marketing strategy, and play an active role in shaping campaigns across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Support
● Assist in planning, structuring, and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and B2B channels.
● Create, edit, and prepare content for digital platforms — including product pages, email assets, and promotional materials.
● Support the Creative Manager with content shoots, including product photography, lifestyle shoots and campaigns.
Analytics & Marketing Performance
● Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.
● Assist with reporting on KPIs, trends, and opportunities to optimise future campaigns.
● Support A/B testing initiatives for email, on-site messaging, and creative formats.
● Help maintain structured marketing calendars, asset libraries, and workflow systems.
Digital Marketing & SEO
● Contribute to SEO tasks such as keyword research and website optimisation.
● Assist in improving page performance and user engagement across Shopify.
● Support B2B initiatives including outreach and content creation.
Social Media & Communication
● Schedule social content, monitor engagement, and help plan structured content series across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
● Offer creative input into campaign direction, tone, and concept development — with a focus on strategy and planning, not daily reactive filming.
● Prepare internal reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
General Support
● Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth delivery of marketing projects.
● Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and B2B teams to support launches, events, and promotions.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Essential
● Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Familiarity with social media management tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
● A proactive, motivated attitude with strong time-management skills.
● Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and basic SEO principles.
Desirable
● DSLR camera experience, particularly product or lifestyle photography.
● Golf knowledge or playing experience — understanding equipment, terminology, and the golfing audience is a strong advantage.
● Experience with Adobe Photoshop or other creative editing tools.
● Comfortable contributing ideas and strategic thinking to campaigns.
