Operations Manager, Ecommerce Fulfillment

In an effort to expand our dynamic team at our Scarborough Distribution Center, we are looking for an experienced self-starter individual who will contribute to the growth and development of our eCommerce fulfillment operation as well as the storefront.

• *Main Responsibilities**:
• Managing warehouse and updating inventory levels, receiving inbound shipments,
• Planning and forecasting outbound shipments to 3PL fulfillment centers such as Amazon FBA facilities.
• Quality control of Products, labels, and outbound shipments according to company rules and policies
• Maintaining an e-commerce product information catalog on various e-commerce channels, namely Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and Walmart
• Assistance in social media campaigns, content creation, and supporting the brand
• *Job Requirements**:
• Deep understanding of Inventory Control Techniques, Quality Assurance, and Production Control in a fast-paced eCommerce operation.
• Experience in eCommerce or high volume unit pick-pack environment or relevant experience in a light manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Warehouse Management and Inventory Control Management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication is a must
• Savvy in Technology and can learn software fast
• Experience with any e-commerce platform is desirable
• Experience with woodworking, metalworking, or DIY and home improvement is a strong asset. However, interest and willingness to learn about our industry are required.

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 20 per week

• *Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
