Responsibilities

• Support GCMS engagements in LATAM, coordinating with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, interact with experts to identify risks or opportunities, and facilitate workshops for process improvement.
• Assist the engagement team in transitioning GCMS engagements, including development and monitoring of transition plans.
• Participate in Tax Transformation engagements under the Target Reimagined framework.
• Coordinate go-to-market and business development activities in LATAM, including work with regional CoE leadership and lead partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recent tax or accounting experience in client-facing roles and one year of project management experience.
• Strong organization and project management skills, certified PMP preferred.
• Ability to work well in a multinational teaming environment, remotely and self-sufficiently.
• Great interpersonal skills, capacity to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• English and Spanish bilingual skills, Portuguese a plus.
