Marketing plans should be annual, monthly and by segment of deployment inclusive of cost, deployment strategies (print, digital, and/or social media) through the review of competitive data, demand analysis and market mix management.Create, manage and implement media/marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to increase revenues, awareness, and expansion of property products and/or services. Work with on‑property and regional revenue management to develop offers or leverage off‑the‑shelf offers, based on hotel‑level needs.Manage strategic direction on all marketing related areas including but not limited to: social media, websites, digital & print advertising, email & collateral.Identify outside agencies and be responsible for developing agenda strategy and working/liaison with internal corporate partners related to brand, destination, and ECG.Oversee the strategy, budget and development of visual assets and arrange photo & video shoots as needed/appropriate. Oversee the development and content strategy of hotel‑level websites.Identify partnership/sponsorship opportunities for joint outreach.Coordinate influencer strategy with public relations team to leverage social media opportunities. Conduct paid marketing surveys on current and new service levels and product concepts.On‑property experiences: Work alongside operations to develop curated on‑property experiences and activations.B2B Sales & Catering Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales leaders to provide marketing support to all sales‑impacted market segments, including but not limited to BT (Business Transient) accounts, GDS, B2B Groups, and Luxury.Content & Asset Strategy: Manage execution of the marketing‑specific assets and content, including but not limited to: website content, 3rd‑party site content, social media content, digital & traditional advertising.Software/Program Skills/KnowledgeMicrosoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)Social media websites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)CMS platformsQualificationsCollege degree in Marketing or Hotel Management preferredExperience working in a similar marketing position, preferably in the hospitality sectorProven knowledge of creating, leading and managing fundamental and complex projects to tight deadlinesExperience developing, creating and managing marketing campaigns with associated costs and working within budget restraintsComplete understanding of key functions relating to marketing strategies and initiatives while managing multiple work streamsExperience in developing and implementing effective and realistic marketing plans and strategies, including budget evaluation, management and reportingDemonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels of managementOutstanding communication skills in all areas of writing, listening and speaking English.Communicate key information effectively to all levels of management using a variety of communication toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, budget management, project and time managementAble to think analytically, critically and strategically when faced with unique opportunities, challenges, prioritizing and identifying productive solutionsAbility to influence others in key situations while maintaining positive relationshipsExcellent interpersonal skills to include strong leadership, cultural sensitivityExecute calculated risks and pre‑determine successful outcomesAbility to relate to the marketing world and adapt to changing priorities quickly and with easeOffers excellent judgement, time management and decision‑making skillsProfessional approach, clean and well‑groomed at all timesFriendly demeanor, positive and enthusiastic with a motivational attitudeExcellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, can work autonomously while keeping all parties informedHonesty, integrity and a passion for hard workCreatively minded and has a thirst to work in marketing for the hospitality industryDemonstrated self‑starter with excellent attention to detailResourceful, customer‑focused and results‑orientedEnjoys working collaboratively, key team player with a “can do” attitude and thrives on a challengeGood understanding of Hilton, its core values and management structure a plusWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?
