POSITION SUMMARY

Harpar Grace International is looking for an ambitious executive to support the brands lead in driving the growth and positioning of our premium skincare and cosmetic brands - iS Clinical, RevitaLash, Totally Derma and Déesse PRO across trade & consumer channels.

The ideal candidate will have a background in brand marketing, campaign execution and thrive within a fast-paced environment.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

DAILY

  • Manage the Marketing inbox
  • Consumer & Trade Campaign Co-ordination
  • Brand guardianship, ensuring brand guidelines are upheld across all marketing activity, including press releases, artwork, print and digital media, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity

WEEKLY

  • Support PR sample send outs, stock replenishment, sourcing of required assets & content as required in association with PR teams as required
  • Ensure all activations for brands are live on e-comm platforms as per brand plan
  • Keep the asset request register up to date for all brands & liaise with teams to ensure all assets are planned and created in timely manner

MONTHLY

  • Develop the social grids for each brand according to brand plan & opportunities
  • Prepare creative briefs for designers/stakeholders as guided
  • Global asset management
  • Oversee monthly emails to consumers in line with brand plan via CRM team
  • Ensure cover of all social inboxes across the team
  • Maintain all marketing assets to support key campaigns
  • Maintain all marketing collateral and pitch presentations for all channels
  • Oversee the print of all marketing materials
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on brand performance and activation ROI as required

OTHER

  • Oversee all GWP development & execution
  • Working closely with the brand lead & events, organise and oversee successful product launches and brand events

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE?

  • A marketing background in the beauty or lifestyle industry
  • A can do attitude with a hands on approach
  • Driven to go the extra mile & exceed expectations
  • 2 years or more in trade /consumer communications and campaign experience.
  • Excellent organisation, multi-tasking, problem-solving & co-ordination skills
  • Competent IT user
  • Experience of Canva, Klaviyo, Adobe & social media platforms
  • Excellent communicator & Energetic, self-motivated & creative thinker
  • Confident in a busy, fast paced environment & can remain calm under pressure
  • Responsive & adaptive to changing workloads, timelines & outputs required due to the fast-moving pace of the industry & company
