Director of Operations - Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Director of Operations - Marketing Manager who will oversee day-to-day operations, develop marketing strategies, manage budgets, lead teams, and ensure excellent customer service while collaborating across departments to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to develop and implement business strategies and special projects that drive growth
- Support annual goal setting, quarterly project planning, and weekly or monthly meetings with the CEO, including agenda development and prioritization
- Help track expenses, manage budgets, and support long-term profitability initiatives
- Maintain momentum on strategic priorities by helping the CEO stay focused on high-impact activities and aligned with company goals
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for agents and support teams, regularly reporting results to the CEO
- Drive team meeting agendas and KPI reporting to ensure accountability and clarity
- Track and celebrate wins and milestones to foster team engagement and motivation
- Oversee development and consistency of the brand voice across all marketing platforms
- Lead the execution of marketing initiatives—email, social media, events, and other lead-generation strategies—and report on their performance
- Manage CRM systems to maximize lead generation and nurture client relationships
- Oversee marketing efforts directed toward spheres of influence and builder partners
- Manage strategic partnership communications and engagement to strengthen key relationships
- Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding and revenue-share opportunities
- Plan and execute 4–6 major company events annually, managing logistics, communication, and follow-up
- Drive the execution of new initiatives with strong project management skills—from concept through completion
- Prioritize tasks and manage workloads efficiently to ensure all projects meet deadlines and deliver measurable results
Skills
- Proficiency in Operations Management and process improvement methodologies for maintaining efficient workflows
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and driving informed decision-making
- Experience in Team Management, including leadership, collaboration, and staff development
- Expertise in Budgeting and resource allocation to optimize operational and marketing expenditures
- Customer Service skills to ensure high client satisfaction and customer-centered operational approaches
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing plans in the real estate industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in software tools and platforms relevant to operations and marketing management
