CRO Specialist - Remote job at Get It - Professional Services. Portland, OR. Are you passionate about analyzing and optimizing website performance? Do you have a knack for data analysis, user behavior tracking, and A/B testing? We're looking for a CRO Specialist to join our team and help brands succeed by improving website conversions. In this role, you will focus on optimizing landing pages, refining customer journeys, and other key areas within the conversion funnel to drive measurable improvements.

As part of a fast-growing and dynamic team, you will help our clients unlock opportunities to increase efficiencies in their digital marketing strategies. This position is fully remote, with virtual meetings conducted via video conferencing tools.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance website performance and drive higher conversion rates.

Use web analytics tools to monitor and assess the performance of websites and digital campaigns.

Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.

Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements, user flows, and conversion funnels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement optimization strategies.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve conversion rates based on data analysis.

Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO.

Generate detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting KPIs and areas for optimization.

Track and evaluate the impact of optimization efforts on conversion rates and other relevant metrics.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

1-2 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or a similar role.

Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.

Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.

Familiarity with CRO tools and platforms, such as Optimizely, VWO, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in email CRO and testing is a plus.
