Remote Digital Marketing Manager
Fluency Media, LLC is seeking a remote full-time Digital Marketing professional with a strong background in PPC. Position offers the ability to work remote from any state in the contiguous United States, as long as there is coverage of eastern US time zone when needed. An ideal candidate understands the shopping process, distinguishes signal from noise in data analysis, possesses strong Search acumen, and stays apprise of the latest Search developments. Prefer candidates with experience managing mid- to large-size brand accounts. Previous agency experience is a plus!
Candidate should be able to hit the budgets on time, optimize for conversions, find the story in the data, dissect online metrics, develop PPC copy/creative in an effort to find optimal performance, and present cohesively in a client setting. All candidates must be able to demonstrate expertise in AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and Excel.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Manage PPC programs for multiple client accounts
- Produce scheduled client marketing reports
- Analyze campaign results and develop ongoing strategy and tactics for those programs
- Meet with clients in-person or remotely to provide recommendations, insights and overall program information
- Understand clients’ businesses, target customers, offerings, positioning and messaging, and other factors that impact their overall sales & marketing efforts
- Monitor client-competitor initiatives
- Work with the client marketing teams to develop new ideas and innovations
- Identify new opportunities as well as develop strategic and tactical plans for search accounts and create proposals
- Assess market opportunity and provide budgets for new accounts
- Gather industry research for strategy development and optimization
- Provide information as needed to sales team on prospective client opportunities
Requirements
- At least 3 years of successful, hands-on daily PPC campaign management experience for medium to large-sized brands
- Extensive experience using Google Adwords / Bing Ads
- Experience with web analytics such as Google Analytics
- Extensive knowledge of PPC tactics & practices
- A high level of competence with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong analytical & communication/problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations and strong relationship-building skills
- Strong time management skills
- Great initiative, highly motivated with a continued willingness to develop new skills
- Strong ability to recognize trends from a variety of inputs
Preferred
- Professional certifications (i.e., Adwords & Analytics certified)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Project and account management experience
- Content creation and/or copywriting experience
- Experience with healthcare and/or hospital marketing
- Spanish speaking / translation skills
