  • Support workflow planning, prioritization, and quality control
  • Help shape social strategies and ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Set clear expectations for delivery, timelines, and collaboration
  • Serve as a senior social contact for assigned clients

What success looks like in the first six months

  • Client brand voices feel clear, consistent, and social-first
  • Social strategies are documented, aligned, and understood
  • Client and agency expectations are clearly set and met
  • Content output remains steady, relevant, and culturally current

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of social media experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead social-first content creation
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest
  • Hands-on experience shooting and editing social video
  • Comfort appearing on camera and directing content when required
  • Experience using editing tools such as CapCut and Canva
  • Experience managing communities and protecting brand voice
  • Confidence presenting to clients

  • Based in Burlington or Markham

We offer

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Employer-subsidized group benefits plan
  • Professional growth and development opportunities
  • Paid sick days and birthday
  • Casual dress
  • Hybrid work-from-home model

Show us your work

Please include

  • A portfolio, website, or Google Drive link showcasing your social media work
  • Examples of social accounts you’ve managed (brand or agency)
