Digital Search Campaign Manager
Enroll Media Group, LLCThe Digital Search Campaign Manager is a hands-on, self-starting paid media expert responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for EMG’s partner schools. This role supports over 75 client accounts and works closely with account managers, strategists, and the creative team to ensure enrollment-focused campaigns meet or exceed performance goals.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in the details, takes ownership of campaigns end-to-end, proactively identifies opportunities and issues, and stays ahead of trends across paid media platforms without needing constant direction.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution
- Independently set up, manage, optimize, and scale paid digital campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Microsoft/Bing Ads
- Additional platforms as assigned (Meta, CTV, MLT, Spotify, Reddit, TikTok, etc.)
- Execute campaigns targeting niche audiences, geographic areas, and enrollment-focused objectives
- Manage full campaign lifecycles: onboarding, keyword and audience research, set-up, launch, QA, pacing, optimization, and reporting
- Conduct weekly pacing checks and proactive optimizations to ensure budgets and performance stay on track
- Conduct landing page audits
- Google Analytics Events and Conversions Set-Up
- CRM integration for email marketing support
- Conduct Website or Local SEO Audits and other duties as assigned
Audience, Tracking & Technical Setup
- Build and manage custom audiences, remarketing audiences, and conversion tracking across platforms
- Set up and manage:
- Meta Pixels
- LinkedIn Insight Tags
- Google Ads conversions
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager goals
- Troubleshoot access, tracking, and platform issues independently before escalating when needed
- Conduct event tracking and conversion audits as part of onboarding and ongoing optimization
Creative & Copy Support
- Write, edit, and proofread ad copy for paid social, paid search, and display campaigns
- Build and update ad creative as needed (static images, carousel ads, slideshow ads, basic banners)
- Collaborate with the graphic design team and provide ad hoc creative support when coverage is needed
- Assist with landing page updates (copy changes, event dates, minor edits) when assigned
Reporting, Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Support monthly reporting and ad hoc reporting requests
- Make data-driven recommendations to account managers and strategists
- Participate in quality assurance reviews of campaigns, landing pages, targeting, and user experience
Client & Internal Collaboration
- Participate in virtual and occasional in-person client meetings as needed
- Actively contribute in weekly account management, strategy, and creative meetings
- Partner with account managers and strategists to execute client-directed initiatives efficiently
Innovation & Growth
- Proactively stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities
- Research and test new advertising channels and capabilities (e.g., Reddit Ads, new Instagram features)
- Share insights and recommendations with the broader EMG team
Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience
- Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Microsoft/Bing, and LinkedIn
- Experience with mobile location targeting/geofencing platforms preferred
- Experience working with schools, education, or mission-driven organizations is a plus
- Google Ads and Analytics Certifications preferred
Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, conversion tracking, and enrollment-focused marketing
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong eye for detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-starter mentality: able to take ownership, prioritize work, and proactively solve problems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing agency environment
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time role with a salary commensurate with experience. EMG supports remote, hybrid, or in-office work from our Worcester, MA office.
