Sr Analyst, Digital Product

Responsibilities
- This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own product line and contribute to its growth
- Develop deep expertise in a specific product category
- Source innovative products by conducting user research
- Analyze competitors' offerings, customer feedback, and market trends to provide product recommendations
- Schedule and engage in various meetings and take the lead in negotiation, discovery & refinement sessions
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager and Engineers on catalog layout preparation and strategize on product placement
- Explore creative strategies to boost company profitability, enhance product quality, and optimize efficiency
- Maintain healthy backlog by creating epics, features and stories
- Provide support to the teams and report team activities to leadership
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Product Management including:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and power point
- Effective written and verbal communication skills that persuade and engage
- Highly organized and analytical, with a keen eye for details
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience
- Agile certifications (SCPO/SCSM) or others
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is
$72,100.00 - $144,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
