Head of Social Media Support

We're seeking a Head of Social Media Support to build and lead our social support program across Reddit, X, LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities include elevating real-time social listening,

triage, resolution for account issues,

verification struggles,fraud attempts, and service frustrations.

This role requires deep understanding of AI & human workflows comfortability with high-stakes events shaping narrative under pressure data-driven approach outcome-oriented mindset crypto-curious aligned with our mission increasing economic freedom.
