Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Classic Coatings Systems is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and execute day-to-day marketing initiatives across our digital platforms.
This role is ideal for a skilled young professional who is confident on social media, hungry to grow a brand’s digital presence, and excited to be hands-on with content creation and execution. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring strategy to life, create engaging content, and help expand our reach across social and e-commerce channels.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in execution, pays attention to detail, and wants to grow their skills while contributing to meaningful brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute social media content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Assist with content creation such as graphics, short-form videos, captions, and basic edits
- Schedule and publish content according to provided content calendars
- Engage with comments and messages in a professional and brand-aligned manner
- Track basic performance metrics and assist with analytics reporting
- Support product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Assist with website updates and product listings (Shopify and Amazon experience is a plus)
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager on ongoing initiatives and improvements
- Basic understanding of paid social advertising on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Familiarity with boosting posts, campaign objectives, and audience targeting
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar creative tools
- Good eye for trends, visuals, and engaging content
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
- Open to direction, feedback, and continuous learning
- Interest in branding, content strategy, and digital growth
- E-commerce experience (Shopify, Amazon) is a plus
